DIGITAL DETOX DAY RETREAT

Take a break from digital overload and distraction, enjoy relaxed me-time and have fun immersing in real, meaningful artistic experiences. 2025 can start with a digital detox challenge for you, to foster mental health, creativity, rest and authentic human connection. 

During this ONE DAY RETREAT in Denia (Alicante, Spain) on JANUARY 18th, 2025 at Meditation Samar Garden Denia you are going to take a break from technology and daily rush. You will connect with like-minded people, authentically. You will be more present and focused, through different guided practices. And you will have lots of time to create, relax, unwind and destress. 

No phone will be allowed. It will be an alcohol free retreat, where you will also have time for meditation and expression through different ways: your voice, colours, writing, dancing, journaling, drawing, playing instruments... 

If you really believe the world needs deeper connections beyond texts and social media, and that your mission is to inspire people to change the way we interact with technology and each other, this retreat is for you.

Política de Cancelación / Cancelation policy

• Para efectuar tu reserva deposita un 50% del precio total del retiro / For bookings you need to deposit 50% of the total price of the retreat
  
• El depósito no se devolverá si cancelas tu reserva / The deposit won´t be refunded if you cancel your booking
  
• El resto del pago deberá realizarse 2 días antes del inicio del retiro / The rest of the payment will be 2 days before the begining of the retreat
