This personalised one-on-one retreat in Denia is designed to provide you with a customized transformational experience. It will focus entirely on you and your story, aiming to create a soulful day aligned with your true authentic self.

Learn new exercises to become more conscious and mindful. During your "me-time," enjoy our beautiful location at Montgó Natural Park, to fully relax and integrate all you have learned. 

Guided by the belief that creativity is a spiritual, embodied practise, this retreat invites you to explore movement, mindfulness, and artistic expression as powerful tools for healing and self-discovery. Through yoga, meditation, and creative activities, you'll move past barriers of fear and self-consciousness to reconnect with your inner wisdom, cultivate joy and playfulness through imagination, and express yourself intuitively.

At this ONE DAY RETREAT, you'll also experience a soulful invitation to pause, reflect and feel.

This isn´ t just a retreat. It is a sacred journey of remembrance. A day to reconnect with your body, soothe your emotions, liberate your energy and rediscover who you are.

My aim is to connect with and ignite our inner wisdom and creativity. You will have time for practicing Celêstial Yoga, movement and breathwork, that will allow you to get closer to your intuitive, strong, sensitive Goddess that guides your inside. You will participate in empowering Celêstial meditations and a unique Ritual Sound Bath experience. Enjoy our delicious vibrant healthy meals and spark your wisdom through creative time for singing, playing instruments, dancing, drawing or writing. At the end of the retreat you will participate in a Celêstial Alignment & blessing, where you will set a desire from your heart and allow the Celêstial energy of the 5D interact and materialize in your circumstances.

Cancellation policy/Política de Cancelación

• If for any reason you cannot attend the day trip you have booked, fee WON´ ´ ´T BE REFUNDED once it has been paid. / Si por cualquier motivo no puedes asistir al evento una vez abonado, la cuota del evento NO SE DEVUELVE.

• We recommend that you take out insurance to cover your costs, in the event that you have to cancel or curtail your day trip for reasons including adverse weather and sickness./ Recomendamos que asegures tus gastos en caso de que tengas que cancelar o interrumpir tu evento por motivos como enfermedad o mal tiempo.

• If me, the organiser, Teresa Juan López, have to cancel the event, I will either transfer your booking to a later date or offer you a full refund./ Si yo, la organizadora, Teresa Juan López, tengo que cancelar el evento, te ofreceré trasladar tu reserva a una fecha posterior o realizar un reembolso completo.
